I spent the last week fully immersed in Maxwell Leadership’s core principles (IMC) —focusing on what it really takes to value people, multiply leaders, and turn single decisions into meaningful action.
Joining in with over 2000 other coaches, across 29 sessions and over 19 hours of learning, the biggest practical takeaway was clear: moving coaching, training and speaking work forward requires a strong foundation—an eSpeakers (High Level) profile, a crystal-clear core message, an authority-building book, and a structured path to take prospects from curiosity to commitment.
A few powerful reminders that kept coming up throughout the week:
• Confidence follows action.
• Application matters more than arrival.
• Commitment often creates readiness.
Beyond the strategy, sessions on seed-based wealth, stewardship, and values-based leadership served as a great reminder that faith, legacy, and service give all our business-building efforts their true center.
