From Existence to Purpose
Mark Twain said it best:
“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”

When purpose is clear, motivation surges, decisions sharpen, resilience strengthens, and leadership becomes true influence—not just a title.
Bottom line:
Purpose precedes performance. People don’t fail because they lack ability; they stall because they lack direction. When purpose lights the path, growth becomes intentional.
Reflection to consider:
What am I doing today that aligns with my deeper purpose?
Where am I active but not truly effective?
How does my role help others win?
If I lead others, am I helping them discover their “why”?
